Shipping Policy - Essence Beauty Box


At Essence Beauty Box we are committed to making your experience simple, safe and transparent. Below, you will find all the information about our shipping processes.



1. Order processing


All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation.


During high demand seasons, processing can take a bit longer; if that's the case, we'll notify you via email.


2. Subscription submissions

Subscription boxes are shipped each month between day 1 and day 5.


If you subscribe after day 5, your first box will be sent in the next shipping window.



03. Shipping costs


Shipping within Canada: flat rate of $X CAD per box.


Shipping to the US: automatically calculated at checkout.


International shipments: The cost depends on the customer's country and is shown when completing payment.



You can customize the amounts when defining your rates.



4. Sending method

We use Canada Post as our primary carrier.


All orders include tracking number that will be sent to the customer's mail once the package is in transit.



5. Estimated delivery times


Canada: 3-10 business days, depending on the province.


United States: 7-14 business days.


International: 10-20 working days.



These deadlines are estimated; they may vary by weather, customs delays or postal volume.


Six. Taxes and Customs


For international orders, the customer is responsible for import taxes, duties or customs charges as they vary by country.

Essence Beauty Box does not cover customs costs and cannot predict their value.


Seven. Lost or damaged packages


If your package is listed as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us within 7 days to start an investigation.


If a product arrived damaged, please send us a photograph within 3 days of delivery and we will gladly send a replacement or store credit.


8. Shipping address


If you need to change your address, please contact us as soon as possible at: EssenceBeautyBox@hotmail.com

If the parcel has already been sent, it will not be possible to change the address.


Nine. Cancellations


Cancellations must be requested before the order is processed or shipped.


Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted, but we can help you with a possible return or alternative solution.
